Sandra Naxara is a young Brazilian artist. She began working in mosaic in 2000. Her interest in mosaic developed into a passion, which took her to London where she worked as an assistant in Emma Biggs’ studio for four years. Sandra’s work has received acclaim, selected for exhibition in London in 2010.  On her return to Sao Paulo in 2012, she established Sandra Naxara Mosaicos, and more recently, the School of Mosaics (Escola de Mosaicos) with the Brazilian mosaic artist Isabel Ruas.
